3 Tips To Get Rid Of Belly Fat..Quickly

These tips will flatten the “spare tire” quickly, but if you don’t couple these tips with a long-term nutritional plan I can pretty much guarantee it won’t be long before you are right back where you started. A common misconception about stomach fat is that it’s the first place we tend to gain weight. This is actually untrue. It takes a while to add stomach fat on your body and if you are using traditional weight loss methods, it will take a while to get rid of it. Of course it always feels good when you start to see results quickly, but please remember none of us are immune from the laws of nature.
Cut the sugar and starch…completely
This is the single most effective way to see your stomach flatten in literally 3 days. I’m going to warn you it is NOT easy, but it will provide you with dramatic results. You probably don’t realize how much sugar you actually consume throughout the day, but you will definitely notice once you start to make a conscience effort not to. Basically this means no bread, no milk, no juice, no pop, no pasta, no potatoes, no fruit, no alcohol…no kidding. If you tend to eat a lot of starch or sugar in your daily diet you may experience mild to severe headaches for the first couple days. This is considered a “withdrawal” period and if you can stick it out you should feel better by day three. Again I can tell you from experience this is NOT easy, but if you can stay away from starch and sugar for at least 5 days you will actually see your stomach shrink before your eyes.
No food after 6pm
Have you ever woke up in the morning and felt puffy and gross? It’s probably because you ate late night pizza or chinese food after the bar. Your metabolism slows down in the evening and even more so when you sleep, so that General Tao Chicken you consumed at midnight is still just sitting in your stomach like a brick until the next morning when you wake up. Eliminating food in your system after 6pm for 5 consecutive days will ensure what you are eating is going all the way through you and therefore nothing will be left behind to cause that puffy bulge.
More Water Please
As you are eliminating sugar and starch from your diet the extra water will help to flush out toxins and clogged up waste that is still hanging in there and pushing your belly out. Sometimes it’s not even actual stomach fat that is causing you to look puffy, its the undigested food hanging around in your digestive tract. If you can flush out that extra waste in your system you will be amazed how much nicer those skinny jeans fit. 5 – 8 glasses a day should do the trick.
Let me reiterate – these 3 tips are NOT recommended if you are trying to lose weight permanently. To do that you must carve out a nutritional plan and stick to it. Also being more active and even weight training will help prevent the weight from coming back.
key is to eat healthy and exercise people..this diet will help u lose it but if u go back to being lazy and eating fast food you’ll gain all of it back and maybe more
