At times you just have to say “you know what I think I’ve had enough to drink tonight.”

I’m not a cop or anything but I’m pretty sure this guy will not past this breathalyzer test. Looks like he failed it before he even had a chance to take it. Must admit though it is rather funny. Take a look..
